Delivery Driver
Job Description:
This is a part-time position, 1 day per week (8-10 hours). We are considering adding a second delivery day at some point in the future. We currently deliver to our wholesale customers every Thursday or Friday. You’ll start your day by loading up our refrigerated delivery van along with the Wash/Pack Manager. You will then drive on a predetermined route delivering produce, flowers and eggs to our 30+ restaurant and grocery store customers throughout the Phoenix metro area. Starting pay is $15 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
Loading up orders efficiently and safely in our refrigerated delivery van
Driving our delivery van to our 30+ restaurant and grocery store customers throughout the Phoenix metro area
Unloading orders and bringing them into the restaurants and stores
Representing Steadfast Farm professionally while driving and interacting with our customers
Job Requirements:
Comfortable driving larger vehicles in a variety of settings
Able to drive for long periods of time
Able to stand and/or walk during entire work day
Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently through the day
A valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Attention to detail
Friendly
Professional
Reliable
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Positive Attitude
No drama
